Orders to U.S. addresses are $11.95 including free "book rate" shipping.
Orders to California addresses must include 93 cents per book sales tax.
Orders to U.S. addresses by Air Mail are $13.95.
Orders to Canadian addresses are $14.95 and include Air Mail delivery.
Orders to other countries are $19.95 and include Air Mail delivery.
